The Voice verify Plug-In is a program that will read a field from the items in the grid for you. Typically, as a verification process, 2 processors will verify the physical documents against the items in the grid. One person will read the amounts off the checks from the grid, while the other thumbs through the stack of checks, making sure that no checks are missing from the grid. With Voice Verify one person can do this. The program will read the amounts from each item in the grid as one person can thumb through the checks. It can be stopped at any point by hitting the enter key if an item is missing. It will continue from that last item if restarted.
